Phone or Online therapy

Phone and online counselling offer convenience and cost-effectiveness. Whether you prefer telephone or online therapy sessions, they can help in the same way that F2F therapy can help. People have busy lives, which is why evening hours are offered to accommodate your schedule. With telephone and online therapy, you have more options because you're no longer limited by availability in your area and you also save time because you don't have to commute to the counsellor's office. Phone and online therapy can provide you with the tools and support you need to overcome your challenges, from the comfort of your own home, where you can feel safe and relaxed enough to explore your issues.

Convenience

One of the biggest advantages of phone and online therapy is its convenience. You can have a session from the comfort of your home, office, or any private location. This is particularly beneficial for individuals with busy schedules or those who have difficulty travelling.

Accessibility

Phone and online therapy breaks down geographical barriers, making it accessible to clients in remote areas or those who live far from KMR counselling  clinics.

Anonymity and Comfort

Some clients may find it easier to open up and discuss sensitive issues over the phone, as it provides a degree of anonymity and removes the pressure of face-to-face interaction.

I offer a free 15 minute session to talk about your goals and concerns and agree an approach; contact me to book your consultation. Online counselling can be facilitated via Zoom or Google Meet.
