If anxiety, stress, or relationship difficulties are taking up too much space in your life, you don’t have to work through it alone. I offer a supportive, grounded counselling space where you can slow things down, make sense of what’s happening for you, and begin to feel more steady and in control again.

I am a PACFA-registered counsellor with over 20 years’ experience, supporting adults and couples through anxiety, ongoing stress, and communication difficulties in relationships. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in their thoughts, emotionally overwhelmed, or caught in repeating patterns that leave them frustrated or disconnected — even when they’re trying hard to cope.

My approach is calm, practical, and collaborative. Together, we focus on helping you:

  • feel more grounded and present

  • reduce overthinking and rumination

  • understand and shift limiting beliefs

  • communicate more clearly and confidently in relationships

Over time, clients often describe feeling lighter, clearer in their decisions, and more able to respond to life rather than constantly reacting to it. The aim isn’t to “fix” you, but to support you to live with greater ease, self-trust, and a fuller sense of wellbeing.

Whether you’re seeking short-term support around a specific issue or deeper ongoing work, sessions move at your pace in a respectful, non-judgemental space.
